BlackHawk Division IV 11/20/2004

GeneCo has submitted an application to the county to plat Division 4 of
BlackHawk.  This will divide 5 acres (the COSS drain-field) into 17 lots
plus an open space.  GeneCo will decommission the drain-field and
provide access to city sewer. However; for some costs, it is not clear
who will be responsible. Read the city requirements for hook-up to sewer here.

The Board is working with the City and County to protect the interests
of the homeowners.  We will forward our concerns and recommendations
to them before the 20-day public comment period ends on December 8,
2004 (read the county letter and see the map)
