| * Ms. Erika Babler was elected as Trustee. At a special BHHA neighborhood meeting
on 10/09/05, there was a vote on a motion to remove
Ms. Babler from the BHHA Board.

** In January 2006 Bonnie Tuttle resigned. Gary Allin moved to the
Secretary position and several homeowners volunteered to fill vacant positions.

***In March 2006 John York resigned. At the Board meeting on 4/3/06,
Robert Brazas was nominated and approved to fill the position of Vice President.
Rhonda Dunnington was nominated and approved as Trustee.

****In February 2007 Glenn Andrews resigned. At the Board meeting on
4/9/07, Kyle Unland was nominated and approved to fill the position of Vice
President.
****In July 2007 Jeff Hilt resigned. |
