Black Hawk Homeowners Association Special CC&R Vote
Black Lake Fire Station -- September 10, 2006

A discussion and vote on a proposed change to the CC&R's regarding recreational vehicles, trailers and boats was held at the Black Lake Fire Station on Black Lake-Belmore Road.

A total of seventy-seven (77) votes were received. Three ballots did not have identifying information (lot number, address or homeowner's name) to validate them and could not be counted.  Eleven (11) mailed-in votes were superseded by proxy votes submitted at the time of the meeting.  Of the 63 votes counted, one (1) voter abstained.  There were nineteen (19) NO votes and forty-three (43) YES votes.  Fifty-four votes were required to validate a change in the CC&R's.  The proposed change did not pass.  The current CC&R's remain unchanged and in effect.
