HOA Management Company Hired 06/03/2009

HOA Community Solutions of Gig Harbor has been hired to provide support to the Board.  Read the contract here.

BBHA Annual Dues Increase Rejected 05/31/2009

The vote on the proposed annual dues increase did not receive the required 75% majority, as required by Article 5.8 of the BHHA Incorporation document.  Forty eight ballots were received.  One was rejected due to having no name on the ballot.  Of the 47 votes counted, 33 were to approve the increase and 14 were to reject the increase.
